FELLOW (FIAM)

The Fellowship of IAMN is the institute’s highest and most prestigious membership grade. It is an exclusive preserve for senior professionals with visible impacts in the Nigerian agribusiness industry.

Requirement: Minimum of Fifteen senior management experience.

Membership Fee: N295,000

MEMBER (MIAM)

The Membership cadre of IAMN is for middle level management executives working along various agricultural value chains in Nigeria.

Requirements: Minimum of Three Years post qualification experience

Membership Fee: N220,000

I have been an IAMN fellow for about six years and I have enjoyed every bit of the membership journey. My background is in medicine but I diversified into agribusiness through investments in oil palm processing and table water production. I started by taking IAMN Executive Diploma in Food and Agribusiness Management in 2015 and the program gave me a strong insight into the sector and guided my investment activities. Through my chapter (Lagos chapter), I have met several eminent agribusiness entrepreneurs who I network with regularly for different business activities. My wife who is also a co-director in our company is also a member and our business manager is a member as well. I have been an IAMN member since 2015 and as an academic professional, I have benefitted tremendously from the annual conferences of the institute as well as opportunities to present scientific findings within the agribusiness industries for peer review as well as learn about the latest research outputs of other members. I attended the 2015 conference held at Chike Okoli Conference centre, Nnamdi Azikwe University, Awka, Anambra State and also the 2018 conference at Jogor Centre, Ibadan, Oyo state. Both conferences were masterpiece events for scientific adaptation of agribusiness researches for industrial applications. I am also the secretary of IAMN Benue state chapter.
